Events Marketing Manager
Do you live and breathe live events and have a passion for all things creative? If so our great agency needs you! We love creating live events across industry sectors such as retail, financial, fashion and finance. Event projects can range from product launches, experiential roadshows and internal communications conferences and other services they offer include video, digital, creative and technical production for their broad spectrum of loyal clients. We need an experienced Event Manager or Project Manager to work as part of a busy, creative account team to manage a range of projects (mainly live events) from start to finish, working within a supportive team and with guidance from a Senior Manager. You will be responsible for:
Day to day client contact and account management
Event management, pre, on-site and post event - responsible for full logistics
Taking briefs and leading the creative responses
Managing and reconciling budgets
Maintaining supplier relationships
Coordinating creative departments
Ensuring that key SLAs and KPIs are adhered to on the account
Working with the Senior Manager and Account Director to develop sales opportunities within accounts
You will have delivered medium-scale and press event projects within a creative communications agency and be an excellent event project manager with fantastic client management skills.
