Chef Dean Ng puts together an innovative menu – simple yet contemporary, with creations filled with such delectable flavors leading you wanting more after each bite.
From the moment you step into the cosy, stonewall entrance, the Covelli experience begins – simple white and black themed décor, soft lighting and tables decorated with fresh flower. Savor hearty bistro dishes such as mouth-watering pan Black Truffle Ravioli or pan seared prawns & scallops on semi sundried tomato puree, which is a revelation of all sorts. The savory one-two punch that the prawns deal to the tongue would leave customers gobsmacking their lips in delight. Besides the well-conceived wine list, they also feature specials like the ‘Lychee Prosecco’ – a fitting complement to a sumptuous meal.
Covelli is open daily 11:00 am to 10:00pm. The 80 seater bistro overseas a 3000 sq feet space and a wine bar neatly tucked towards the end of the restaurant. Alongside Covelli is ‘ESYE’, a fashion label located in the restaurant’s premises. This enables customers to browse through the boutique after enjoying a lovely meal.
