THE CLIENT: Established in March 2016, Black Nut is a gastrobar which opened its doors at 2 Emerald Hill Road, a two-storey restored shophouse. Black Nut is located next to Peranakan Place Complex, under a sheltered path with two large handwoven lanterns hanging from above. Its nondescript entrance might not be obvious to the shoppers along Orchard Road, but the Asian-influenced dishes and handcrafted cocktails can be relied on to elevate any night out.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PUBLICIST PR was appointed by BLACK NUT in 2016 to oversee its opening. The agency launched a media campaign focused on the press and influencers alike to introduce them to BLACK NUT.
