The Spring Summer 2016 kids collection delivers cool boys and girls shoes fit for every occasion. New and inspiring designs, combined with over 190 years of shoemaking expertise, results in a range for children to love and parents to be confident in.  Creative vision, specialist design and this season’s must-have looks provide the ingredients for a distinctive and fashionable collection; a modern classics collection that can be worn for anything a kid dreams of doing (almost!!).

In SS16 the Clarks kids story continues to gather momentum on a wave of optimism and authenticity, seamlessly fusing the present with the past whilst drawing on the Clarks strong heritage of history and craftsmanship.  The Clarks DNA continues to shine through whilst the hottest trends in colour palettes, shapes and textures and finishes are used to create exciting and inspiring stories across the range.

From the first slipper in 1825 through to the Clarks Desert Boot in 1950 (a timeless icon that remains the beating heart of the brand) Clarks continues to innovate and surprise.

SS16 sees the progressive development of athletic leisurewear in dress casual styles, with the inclusion of the Clarks Trigenic perfectly capturing the ‘athleisure’ trend.  Expert tailoring and innovative technology come together to produce clever design hybrids that take cues from global trends. Clarks shoes are a celebration of Effortless British Style, style that constantly evolves, staying one step ahead and connecting with a contemporary audience.

The Iconic Desert Boot provides the creative cornerstone on which the new dress casual designs are built. Style comfort and fun are added into the mix to produce exciting and wearable shoes.

For girls styles are embellished with glitter and gems with deconstructed canvas stitched down onto EVA.  A stand out style for the season is Pattie Fizz in Pink.

A reinterpretation of the Clarks Desert Boot, Pattie Fizz is an attractive and comfortable ankle boot with a durable rubber cupsole. More than this, however, it is customizable, coming with interchangeable textile badges that attach to the laces so kids can enjoy the fun of making their own personalized look!


In the modern craft collection sports technology and everyday style have been combined to create casual shoes, carefully crafted for the everyday athlete.

This cross-collection embraces athletic cues and practicality bringing you comfortable and wearable pieces that kids will love.

For girls Modern Craft is ultimately inspired by Clarks Trigenic styles with ‘Flex 3’ outsoles and crafted uppers and further incorporates stitched seams and meshed booties.  This influence has been interpreted into a number of different styles, from Mary Janes to sneakers, whilst trend driven detailing is added to create something very special. Bright meshes and metallic leathers are seen alongside polka dot prints resulting in shoes that are girly with a sports luxe feel.

For girls Tri Bitsey in Blue Combi really encapsulates the theme.  The classic Mary Jane is given a modern twist with a grooved ‘Flex 3’ inspired outsole following the natural curve and movement of the foot. Polka dot detailing across the upper gives a contemporary finish girls will love.

Tri Scotty in Navy and Red is a stand out style for the boys, an athletic leather shoe featuring a grooved ‘Flex 3’ sole with durable pads in the high wear areas. Bungee lace and riptape fastenings mean a secure and adjustable fit and a neoprene inner sock provides a flash of colour.


The Festival of Summer collection brings hot styles for the hot weather! From sandals to slip ons, athletic details and preppy styling give a new twist to summer favourites, refreshed in a kaleidoscope of colour.

Our designers have taken inspiration from the bright, free and bold use of colour in Matisse’s cut outs, seen at the recent art exhibition that travelled the globe.  Colour cues are also found in the summer festival season with the eclectic mash-up of tones and prints worn by festival-goers.

Bright animal prints and clashing ethnic patterns can be seen in doodles where cheeky fun characters are explored. Sandals feature webbings that can be customized in alternate colours with layered coloured meshes and knitted designs. Special summer details can be seen with the paint splattered cork and espadrille jutting.

In the same collection is Mason Fun in a Navy Combi, an Air Spring FX branded sandal with a fully flexible, lightweight EVA outsole with leather uppers and a triple rip tape fastening for a perfect fit! Thus is a performance inspired, water resistant summer sandal.
